The Ascot Centre Development Public Meeting will take place on MONDAY 7TH NOVEMBER.

LOCATION - THE PAVILION, ASCOT RACECOURSE

There have been over 225 residents who have already sent objections to the Council in response to the Ascot Centre planning application (22/01971)

Further to the public consultation, we need to keep up the momentum in case the Council is inclined to approve this development which will without a doubt irrevocably harm the character of Ascot and surrounding areas.

We are therefore holding a PUBLIC MEETING to enable you to hear more about the latest developments on this proposal and how you can still help to support the objection of this application.

This proposal, if approved, would include 137 dwellings and 3,261sqm commercial floorspace in an area between Station Hill, the Clock House and Ascot Wood.

Since the original objection from SPAE, we have followed up with a letter, hand delivered to the Council, about “Fundamental Legal Issues”. This has now been published on the Council website for you to view and constitutes to potential legal action.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact chairman@spae.org

We do hope you are able to attend with friends, family and neighbours to find out the latest updates regarding the proposal and how you can help.
